Founder Joe Stanford grew up in a coaching family. His father won multiple state championships as a head football coach in Louisiana, and his brother continues that tradition today as a head coach in Texas.
Joe went on to own and operate multiple athletic training facilities, working closely with high school athletes and their families. Along the way, he saw the same problem over and over: families struggling to navigate recruiting with no clear understanding of where their athlete actually fit. Too often, they were relying on opinions, chasing the wrong opportunities, or spending money on people promising results they couldn't deliver.
Then Joe experienced the process as a parent, helping his own son navigate recruiting as an SEC football recruit. Even at that level, the process reinforced what he had already seen with hundreds of other families: recruiting decisions were too often being driven by emotion, incomplete information, and unrealistic expectations instead of objective data.
That experience became the foundation for EndZoneIntel. We built EndZoneIntel to give athletes, families, and coaches something that has been missing from recruiting: honest scouting, real data, and a clear understanding of where an athlete fits. No empty promises. No selling dreams. Just better information to help families make better recruiting decisions.
